Make an appointment
In order to meet with one of our NIE Number Direct partners, we kindly request that you call in advance to schedule an appointment.
When making the call
When you call to make your appointment, please be sure to summarise the following to the NIE Number Direct partner that answers the call
- Appointment Type: Please inform the NIE Number Partner that you wish to arrange an apointment for your NIE Number application and also arrange whether the appointment will be at their office or at your chosen location.
- Payment: Please inform the NIE Number Partner whether you have paid online already or wish to process payment in person upon arrival
- Persons: Please be sure to indicate how many individuals will be present for the appointment
Prepare for your appointment
Prior to your appointment with the NIE Number Direct Partner, please be sure to have with you the following:
- Power of Attorney Document(s): If you have already paid online, you will have received from NIE Number Direct, a power of attorney document with your details. Be sure that this is signed by you and anyone else that is on the Power of Attorney document. If you have not paid online, you will be requested to fill this out and sign it at the time of your appoitntment.
- Payment: If you have not already paid via the online system, be sure to have your payment with you
- Passport Copy: The original and one photocopy of the original passport for each individual that is included on the Power of Attorney. Be sure to double-check that all passports are still valid.
- Proof of Address: In order to notarise your documents, the NIE Number Direct partner will require proof of your home address, this is normally by means of a bill issued in your name and addressed to your home.
